<p>Creating Abundance LLC has a no refund policy. This applies to all consulting packages which have been delivered or part delivered by our staff. These services are NOT refundable. Please do not engage with our services if you do not agree with our refund policy. Use of our services in any way confirms your acceptance of our refund policy.</p>
<p>Should Client discontinue services at any time, all fees paid and charges made, including any advance charge or payment for a consulting term, are nonrefundable. Termination of our agreement shall not relieve Client of any obligations to pay fees for selected consulting package.</p>
